Prophecy in Scripture

The best way to understand the Bible is with the Bible. Scripture explains itself. Illustrated Bible topics include graphics with discussion regarding specific concepts from Scripture. avoids interpretation or extrapolation as much as possible, and present a number of Scripture verses on each topical study.

Prophecy in Scripture often includes unique visions. The book of Revelation is especially filled with unusual creatures and images. For example the Lion-Horses of Revelation 9:17, have the head of a lion and the body of a horse.

Does their description indicate something significant? It seems to, because God put that description in His Holy Word.

Symbolism and visions are fascinating. However, many similar visions can be found in the Old Testament. Comparing similar visions, often provides insights into the meaning.

Sometimes the Scripture explains itself in context. That may be far better than comparison between similar verses. For example, Jesus tells John in Revelation chapter 1 exactly what the seven stars and the seven candlesticks are.

The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches. (Revelation 1:20)

Perhaps only God knows at this time, the true meaning behind many symbols and concepts presented in Biblical prophecy. Some topics speculate, however in that case the article makes clear it's only speculation.

Topics include animation, digital illustration, 3D graphics, or scans of paintings, for each article. The illustration provides one possible representation of the topic. Only God and the prophet who saw the vision, know exactly what it looked like. incorporates some newer HTML5 features for animation and interactivity. HTML5 compatible browsers have been made available for Android, iPad, iPhone, Windows Phones, tablets, Windows PCs, as well as Macintosh computers. Hopefully messages with God's Word reaches the widest audience.

Most of all have fun and love learning about the Bible.

End Time Prophecy

End times signs include wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes in diverse places, the love of many growing cold (unkind people) and global government. focuses on Bible study, often through games, combining topics from throughout the Bible, usually with the Revelations of St. John, also known as the Apocalypse, or book of Revelation. Some topics discuss how current events might relate to prophecy. However we can speculate and study, but only God knows exactly how and when prophecy will unfold.

Some topics are very clear. For example, Jesus will return! Other topics require more research. Biblical prophecy makes more sense, the more you know Scripture. Yet no one, except God, understands everything regarding the end days.

Have fun. Love learning the Bible and look up!

And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh (Luke 21:28).
